4 water glasses of flour (you can reduce or increase according to the consistency) half tea cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of Burambal honey, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 1 packet of baking soda and 1 water glass of oil

If you prepare the pastry by resting it on air, you can get cookies melting in the mouth.


Cooking Advice

If you cook by using the fanless program of your oven, you can cook it homogenously without the coloring of the pastry.


Stir the flour well into a large bowl.

Mix all the ingredients one by one and keep stirring. Add the Burambal honey into the mixture.

If your pastry is sticking to your hand too much despite the flour, add some more flour to make the pastry as thick as an earlobe.

When the pastry becomes a non-sticky consistency, wrap the stretch film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes in the fridge. Set the oven to 165 degrees and let it warm up.

In the oven tray where you place the greaseproof paper, put your cookies in the form of small round beads by pressing slightly with your fingers to flatten them. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven to avoid getting too much colored.

After you have cooked and cooled down, you can serve by strewing powdered sugar.
