Half a cup of corn
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 cup of hazelnut
Ingredients for honey caramel
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Buram Bal
2 tablespoons water
Preparation
For preparing popcorn with honey, first pop the corn with sunflower oil in a deep and thin saucepan. Pay attention for corns, they must be dry and fresh. Put the corns you already popped into the saucepan. This is for easily stirring the corns with the sauce. You should pick the un-popped corns out from saucepan.
Then crumble the nuts through a blender. Mix these nuts with the corns. Boil the brown sugar and water together in a small pan. After sugar is melted, add the Burambal honey and butter and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Then pour this mixture on the corns and serve after it is cooled down.
