5 egg white

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 small packaged pastry cream (not required for cooking)

1 cup of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and fruits.

5-6 spoons of Buram honey

2 tablespoons castor sugar

Vanilla ice cream


Beat 5 egg whites. But there are two important details here. First; egg yolk and egg whites must not get mixed.And the second; your mixing bowlshould be really clean and dry.

When the egg whites are like foam, add 1 cup of water sugar and continue beating. You’ll get a mix of nice foam. Lay this meringue over a greasy paper on a tray and put into the owen. In a very short time it will cook. Be careful not to dry.

Pour the pastry cream and chop the strawberries into it. Mix gently. (you can also use wild strawberries, raspberries, mountain weevils, blackberries and etc.)

Turn over the cooked meringue over a damp cloth. Spread cream on it. Add some fruit. Pour 4-5 spoons of Buram honey over it.

Now wrap your meringue slightly to keep the fruit mixes in rolls. Sprinkle castor sugar on the meringue that you wrapped. Finally, pour some honey again. Slice and serve with ice cream next to it. Bon Appetit.
